Kickstarting Side Story Printers, there will be a couple of workshop style open days/evenings to where you will learn about risograph printing and what this eco-friendly and fast medium can do, as well as getting the opportunity to make your own 2 -colour risograph-printed promotional poster.
Using materials like pens, pencils and collage, you will build the 2 layers needed for your print – please bring along any of your own materials for collaging but if using photographs, make sure they are grayscale/tonal otherwise they may not print in the desired way. Workshop attendees will receive a discount voucher for future use of the Print Bureau, and will also get to take away an instruction sheet on the best way to give us designs for printing.
